Chef. Prakash Sivagurunathan worked as a Sous Chef in Winter Garden Restaurant at the Landmark Hotel, London, a 2AA Rosette Award winner well-known for its modern European cuisine and was the Head Chef of MacDonalds Ascot, a luxury hotel and an AA Rosette Award-winning restaurant that served contemporary English and European cuisines. He then worked as the Head Chef in ‘On The Rocks’ at Crowne Plaza in Chennai which is rated as one among the Top 20 Restaurants in Asia. His innovative cooking made the Ritz magazine to award ‘On The Rocks’ as the Best Continental Cuisine of 2016. His flawless, exquisite flavors incorporating seasonal menus across a variety of modern and contemporary cuisines is one of the highlights of The Bull.
